OLD TOWER FESTIVAL
is a music event that has
for its main goal a birth of a traditional happening,
which would bring various bans from BiH and European countries to Velika Kladuša
and represent Velika Kladuša
on a map of world music festivals and therefore also world tourist spots.
First edition of the
festival will be held on the Old town Velika
Kladuša,
on Wednesday, 26th
July 2007, beginning at 6 p.m.
The biggest metal
attraction in Croatia, a young band FATHER from Rijeka
will be performing, which already has an album out called "Inspirita"
as well as numerous performances on famous music happenings,
among which also on this year's EXIT festival in Novi Sad.
Their colleagues,
band
F.E.B.R.A. from
Dubrovnik,
are also a known
name in rock circles although they have just released a demo
and a video for the song
"In Scar",
and both bands, with their youthful energy and talent
promise a good time to all the visitors of the festival.
Besides them, youth from
Kladuša, band Silence,
will represent itself to the audience,
which have
finished in the finals of new bands on the recent Baščaršija
nights.
Band
Ni Kjun Vs. Churchill
has just finished several shows across
Una-sana
canton,
and with their
versatile repertoir (from
Guns'n'Roses to
Franza Ferdinand)
make a fantastic show every time.
Animators,
body shots, drum performance are also
in the programme
as well as many more interesting things prepared for the upmost fun of the
visitors,
and a high media coverage of the festival is also expected.

rock music lovers
to answer the call and have a good time together with our Croatian guests,
